Current Opportunities

We're looking for educators who understand that great film editing isn't just about software—it's about storytelling, pacing, and the subtle art of visual communication.

Senior Film Editor Instructor

Lead our advanced editing programs starting September 2025. You'll work directly with students who are serious about mastering the craft, not just learning button clicks.

  • 5+ years professional editing experience
  • Strong background in narrative structure
  • Experience with Avid, Premiere, DaVinci
  • Portfolio of completed film projects

Technical Skills Coordinator

Help students bridge the gap between technical proficiency and creative vision. You'll design hands-on workshops that make complex concepts accessible.

  • Background in post-production workflows
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with color grading techniques
  • Knowledge of sound design principles

Industry Relations Manager

Build connections between our programs and Taiwan's growing film industry. You'll help create pathways for students while keeping our curriculum relevant.

  • Network within Taiwan film community
  • Understanding of local market trends
  • Experience in talent development
  • Bilingual communication preferred

Working with People Who Care

Our team isn't just here to teach software features. We're film people first—editors, colorists, sound designers who happen to be really good at sharing what we know.

The culture here is pretty straightforward. We work hard, we support each other, and we're genuinely invested in our students' success. No corporate nonsense or artificial team-building exercises.

What we offer is the chance to shape how the next generation of editors approaches their craft. It's rewarding work, and honestly, we learn as much from our students as they learn from us.

How We Work Together

We keep things simple and focus on finding people who genuinely connect with what we're doing here.

1

Initial Conversation

We'll talk about your background, what interests you about education, and how you see film editing evolving. This is as much about fit as it is about experience.

2

Portfolio Review

Show us work that demonstrates your understanding of editing principles. We're looking for thoughtful choices, not just technical perfection.

3

Teaching Demo

Lead a short session with our current students or colleagues. We want to see how you break down complex concepts and connect with learners.

4

Team Integration

Spend a day working with us, sitting in on classes, meeting everyone. By the end, we should all have a clear sense of whether this feels right.
